How do I delete an account for a student or teacher?

This article explains how to delete an account for a student or teacher and the video details how to navigate this within the User Management area.
Please note: You do not need to enter in your prefix number, when you enter the User Management area. This only applies to Integral staff.

For subscription accounts, subscription managers can delete accounts following the instructions below:
- Click on the menu heading Useful links
- Select the link to the User Management area
- Click on the relevant subscription type.
- Select View users heading if you have already set up teaching groups. If you haven't set up teaching groups, select Set up teaching groups for existing accounts and click Continue to review users.
- Click in the box in the Select column alongside the account you wish to delete.
- You will be prompted to confirm you would like to delete the user. Click OK to confirm this.
Please note that if there isn't a box in the Select column alongside the teacher account you wish to delete this account will need their user management access removed.
