How do I amend a name or email address for an account?

This article explains how to amend a name or email address for an account.

For subscription accounts, Subscription contacts can login to Integral, click on the menu heading Useful links on top of the screen and select the link to User Management.

Update teacher/tutor accounts

• Click on the heading Manage tutors and click on the name of the person, you will then be able to edit the Forename, Surname, Username or Email fields.
• Click Save changes.

Update student accounts

• You should see your list of subscriptions and in the last column, you will see the button Manage student accounts. You will then be able to click on the name of the person, and then you can edit the Forename, Surname, Username or Email fields.
• Click Save changes.
