How do I create an account for a teacher?

This article explains how to create an account for a teacher and the video details how to navigate this within the User Management area.
Please note: You do not need to enter in your prefix number, when you enter the User Management area. This only applies to Integral staff.

Subscription managers can create teacher accounts by following the instructions below:
- Login to the Integral with your Integral username and password
- Click on the menu heading Useful links
- Select the link to User Management area
- Select the relevant subscription type on the welcome screen
- Click on the button Start setting up new accounts
- Select Add a new tutor account
- Enter the details for the teacher
If you enter an email address this will enable the teacher to use the forgotten password facility.
Leave the username blank if you would like us to auto generate the username or enter a username you’d like to have.
- Click create account
You can now add more tutor accounts. If you have finished, click the button finished creating accounts

The usernames will then be displayed in a table. Please pass the login details to your colleagues. This is shown above.
Teachers can track students' progress once Teaching groups have been set up.
