How do I update the subscription details?

Including contact details and assigning Subscription Managers

This article explains how to update the subscription details within your subscription. This video details how to navigate this within the User Management area.

Please note: You do not need to enter in your prefix number, when you enter the User Management area. This only applies to Integral staff.

For subscription accounts, subscription managers can update their establishment contact details, subscription details and subscription managers by logging into the Integral, clicking on the menu heading Useful links within their dashboard and selecting the link to User Management area.

Subscription managers will then be able to select Update details/subscription managers, as highlighted below.

The following screen will appear. 

If you would like to update your establishment contact details, please email the Integral team


Alternatively, if you would like to update your subscription details select Update subscription details.

Update the information and save the changes.


Adding or removing Subscription Managers

Select Update managers, the screen below will then appear.

Select the name and use the Add button to move user(s) from Potential managers to Existing managers.

Select the name and use the Remove button to move user(s) from Existing managers to Potential managers.

Select Finish.
