How do I access the User Management area?

Only tutors who have been given access can access the User Management area. If you do not have access, please contact the Integral team at [email protected] who will assign you access.
Once given access, the User Management area can be found through the Useful links dropbox on the top of the website.

First, you will see the homepage. This page contains all your subscriptions and will allow you to renew it once it is due. You can also manage the student accounts for each course.

To add a new tutor or manage tutor accounts, you can click on Manage tutors.

To manage students, click on Manage student accounts for the relevant course.

To manage teaching groups, you can click on Teaching groups at the top (once in Manage student accounts.) This allows you to manage both tutor and student accounts for that course.
You can click on the account name to see their details or reset their password if needed.

Subscription Contact Access
If you are a subscription contact, you will be able to see a slightly different page - this allows you to update contact details and the subscription managers
