How do I access the User Management area?

This article explains how to access the User Management area and the video details how to navigate this within the Integral platform.

Once given access, the User Management area will appear under your Useful Links heading, under the Other Links heading. (See below)

This will then take you to the User Management homepage. This lists all of the subscriptions that your school has and highlighted is where you click to access that chosen subscription. Here you are then able to see your teaching groups, set up students and set up teachers. (see below)

If you are a subscription manager, you will be able to see a slightly different page - this allows you to update contact details and the subscription managers

If you are a tutor who does not have User Management access, you will not have access to the User Management area. If you would like User Management access you will need to contact the Integral team who will allow you access.
