What is a Subscription Contact?

When a subscription is created, initially an account is assigned to a Subscription Contact, who will be able to log in to create tutor and student accounts, create and manage teaching groups, allocate courses to users and reset passwords.
In order to manage the subscription, subscription contacts can login to Integral with their username and password, click on the tab heading Useful links on top and select the link to User Management.
Subscription contacts are able to assign this access to any of their colleague accounts (multiple accounts are allowed), please see the article How do I update subscription details for more information.
