How do I view the teacher and student accounts created for my subscription?

Please note: You do not need to enter in your prefix number, when you enter the User Management area. This only applies to Integral staff.

For subscription accounts, Subscription Managers can login to Integral, click on the menu heading Useful links and select the link to the User Management area.

Subscription Managers can select the subscription type, click on the menu heading View users or click on the button Start setting up new accounts located within the subscription home heading (as shown below) and work through the screens until the View users screen is displayed.

All existing tutor and student accounts will display username, password and teaching groups. This is also where you can view when students last accessed Integral.

The passwords for students will be based on their username. Once a student has logged into their account and changed their password, a reset button will appear.
