Subscription managers are able to create student accounts.  These can be created individually or multiple accounts can be created using the bulk upload. All student accounts must be in a teaching group, you can choose an existing teaching group or create a new one.

Individual Student Account Upload

In order to create individual student accounts, subscription managers can follow the instructions below:

  • Login to Integral with your Integral username and password
  • Click on the menu heading Useful links
  • Select the link to the User Management area
  • Click on the relevant subscription type
  • Select the button Start setting up new student accounts
  • Click Continue to set up student accounts

You will then have two options; create student accounts in a new teaching group or create student accounts in an existing teaching group.

If you haven’t yet set up a teaching group for the students to access the materials, click the button Create a new teaching group.

  • Click the button start creating student accounts for this teaching group
  • Select the option to create student accounts one at a time

Enter the student’s name and email address (if they would like to use the automated forgotten password facility)

The username field can be left blank to auto generate a username or you can add a username you would like to create.

  • Scroll down the page and select create account
