How do I reset my password?

The default password for users is based on their username. When any user logs in for the first time they are required to change their password to something more memorable.

There are several ways to reset passwords if teachers and students forget theirs:

• If the user has a valid email address enabled in their profile, they can use the Forgot password link on the login page.  They will then be sent a new temporary password via email. If the email does not appear in their inbox, they may need to check their spam folder.
• Any Subscription contact with access to the User Management area can login to Integral:
• Click on the Useful links tab
• Click User management
• Find your relevant course, and click Manage student accounts
• Scroll down and click Reset password for the relevant accounts in the table
• To reset the password of tutor accounts, click Teaching groups at the top then View tutors. Scroll down to the table to reset the password.

• Tutors can also reset students' passwords by going to the course page and clicking the More tab underneath the course title. Then, click Reset passwords.
